New Section…Downloads
I added a new page to the site that will feature downloads that I think you should download. I will be adding to this section in time…
Currently, I have posted a series of talks by Ray Vander Laan, a teacher who spent considerable time (measured in years) living in Isreal studying in the traditional Rabbinic schools, learning what it was like to live as a Jew. Currently, His ministry is to teach people how to think “Eastern” (listen to first talk for an explanation), how to approach the Bible from a Jewish context, and to explore a facet of Christ often ignored in Western culture (aka, the United States), Jesus the Rabbi. Thanks for taking the time to download them Cynthia! I learned so much from this series, and wanted others to expand their study beyond the “traditional Western” way of reading the Word…

Our Wednesday night women’s bible study group is about to complete the last series of Ray’s Faith Lesson video/dvd series. There are a total of 7 series of lessons…total number of lessons about 42. We started the series in the fall of 2005 and when the women finished all the lessons they voted to do the entire study again. We have literally spent two years with Ray.
I cannot tell you how God has used this incredible teaching to bring the Bible to “life”…from flat pages…to pop-up book. That was why I was so thrilled to find the downloads. I am the leader of the Bible Study…so I have literally watched each Faith Lesson at least 6 times. Not to mention all the scripture study and research. To find more of Ray’s wonderful teaching was such a great Christmas present! Thanks again!
